Picture a scenario where a client informs you that they have rented Murdock Castle, the only castle in Charleston, SC, for their preparation. This venue is on Sullivan Island and offers various options for stunning and artistic photographs. The medieval theme is evident upon entering, which triggered my creativity, and I began to envision the images I could capture. My client's bride exuded infectious energy and joy, especially after donning her dress. Then, I knew I had to shift into capture mode at this fantastic venue. As I surveyed the second floor where they were preparing, I noticed a beautifully shaped window, complemented by exquisite candles on both sides and a stunning door. All that was missing was my client, whom I posed with her back to me, and began to adjust the exposure to create a captivating silhouette. The resulting images captured the dramatic lighting perfectly, and I'm proud to have made a fantastic wedding image that my client adored.
