All weddings entail so much to capture and you have to know what to do. You have to make very sure that you have one day, one time, to capture these moments. Sometimes these moments are very quick, the first dance, and all of the dances the garter toss, the bouquet toss. However the toast is a little different, many key people partake at this emotional moment, the fathers are known to cry the most, while their daughters can hardly sit on their chair as they want to be next to their dad, to bring them comfort that no matter what, they will always be their daughter. The best man and maid of honor are huge as well, they usually have been friends from high school or college, they may be siblings, lots of stories to share, and lots of funny moments. This brings me to this special wedding that I captured for my clients at Litchfield Plantation. The best man the groom brother, was writing a very long speech as I noticed while photographing the bridesmaids, to be exact he had 5, 6x9 pages, wow lots to say, and while the emotion of that speech was properly documented, in various images I noticed has he was giving the speech that he kept on throwing the read speeches yellow papers on the floor. I am always painting for the album, and know that when my clients received their images, they loved this photo, the groom told me that he will never forget this moment and that my imagery will be why.
