Every client is different in many ways, and they have their style, the clothes they wear, where they live, what they eat, what they choose, and how they pick out their engagement photographer. When I do get this great opportunity to have the honor of photographing an engagement session in Charleston, SC, I try to find out as much as possible from that client, of what style they are looking for, and then creating that final image result in engagement session they are interested in me capturing. In any photography, there is an art form to every image you create, how you compose the image, what element you bring into the image, your lighting skill, and what you want the image to portray. An image like this was created and captured in that type of content, I saw that the gentleman had some very artistic tattoos, also called sleeves, he mentioned to me that he was interested in getting some images to reflect that. At this location, I made sure to create an image as to his preference. I posed his finance in the background with the white columns to then placing him in front of it all to the left of my frame, a little tilt incorporated it all in the image.
